Hey there, I thought I'd put this here: It might be better to put 'die size' instead of just 'size' in the description. Some newer people might not understand this otherwise. (actually, die size isn't the best (since sometimes 1d6 goes to 2d4), but maybe something like 'die size category') Same goes for "increase speed by one", there I'd say "by 10ft.". Hope this helps :E Pharen 00:35, 25 March 2009 (MDT)
- This feat doesn't seem very clear about what it actually does. Prerequisite makes sense. Benefit should provide a precise description of what bonuses you get. Normal should only be used if you are replacing existing rules with the feat and the replacement may be a little unclear. Special should only be used if there are extra clauses to the feat that apply in special circumstances. Effectively, from my understanding of your intentions with this feat, the feat should read:
Mass-Induced Development [General]
Due to your size -or rather, your lack thereof- you have developed certain features that enable you to perform as well as your larger counterparts.
Prerequisite: Must be Small sized or smaller.
Benefit: You can wield weapons as if you are one size category larger and increase your unarmed strike damage as if you are one size category larger. You also gain a bonus of 5ft. to your movement speed.
- If I do understand it correctly, it is extremely overpowered. There is an existing feat called Monkey Grip that allows you to wield weapons as if you were one size category larger (with a -2 to hit I think). This feat seems just strictly better than that. It might actually be fair if you cut the bonus to move speed however, since Monkey Grip does not require you to be small sized. I would make it look like this:
Mass-Induced Development [General]
Due to your size -or rather, your lack thereof- you have developed certain features that enable you to perform as well as your larger counterparts.
Prerequisite: Must be Small sized or smaller.
Benefit: You can wield weapons as if you are one size category larger and increase your unarmed strike damage as if you are one size category larger.
Special: This feat only functions if you are small sized or smaller.

- The point about Monkey Grip is a fine one, with one problem; Monkey Grip is a terrible feat. Anyway, just increasing weapon damage or do you want the feat to act like Powerful Build, as per the Half-Giant ability, much like Jotunbrud from the Forgotten Realms setting (I believe that is the name of the feat). --TK-Squared 11:42, 25 March 2009 (MDT)
