You do know that the "Global Defence Initiative Railgun, Mark I(I) Infantry Railgun http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/GDI_Portable_Railgun_(Command_and_Conquer_Equipment)" can also be a 1,000% perfect "Sniper Rifle/Anti-Material Rifle" combination for a "Marksman" http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Marksman_(D20_Modern_Prestige_Class) if you can allow him or her a "Exotic Firearms Proficiency http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/MSRD:Feats#Exotic_Firearms_Proficiency" feat so he or she can finally be able to finally use it for good of course! =D
