Can I Plane shift any creature, or only humanoids?

Hi! I love this class. The flavor is spot on, but some things feel like they could be improved. Snap seems a little unbalanced given that it effectively stuns every creature nearby at first level. I'd suggest adding a limit - say, "You may use this feature a number of times equal to your PB. You regain all uses after a long rest." The same goes for Star Gaze - it's a free Dominate Person and could use some sort of limitation. Lastly, you forgot to describe what a Follower does mechanically.
