Talk:Magic Water Pool (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
I just can't comprehend what this is supposed to be.
- It's a feat
- It's a pool of water
- It's an enchantment
Is this some kind of pond that follows the character around "underfoot"?
I take it "ability to use Magic (example a fighter may not take this feat but a wizard, sorcerer, shaman can)" simple means "a spellcaster"? Marasmusine (talk) 14:26, 5 October 2015 (MDT)
- As I see it, it's a intended to be feat that grants the player a magical permanent water surrounding; overlapping any terrain, etc. and essentially allowing aquatic creatures to move normally above ground. I'd personally argue this would be better placed as some sort of template, though I can sort of dig it right now. It needs clarifying to not have the thousand other potential consequences that being underwater entails, and probably to allow overland breathing, but I can fix all that up if the concept sticks. --SgtLion (talk) 07:32, 6 October 2015 (MDT)
