The spell description states that a weapon provides the bonus to AC, yet you touch a piece or armor or shield. That discrepancy needs to be corrected.

Additionally, the material component should be an actual material component, since a divine focus replaces material components that are not consumed and do not have a gold cost. Numerous clerical spells have religious components that can be replaced by a divine focus, and many simply do not have a material component at all.
