Talk:Lucky Gambler (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
If this is a feat, you don't really need the penalty. Otherwise it could be a flaw, in which case in needs a more defined penalty. -- Jota 18:03, 28 March 2009 (MDT)
- It's mean to be a pun, and some feats do have flaw or penalties. For example the Natural Heavyweight feat gives you a bonus on jump and climb checks, but I think you get penalties on tumble and swim checks, or something of that nature. This feat probably won't be used in most campaigns unless you have a character who does a lot of gambling. --Sakurasboy 19:05, 28 March 2009 (MDT)
- I don't get the pun, and the penalty with Natural Heavyweight feat is like those of traits in that they are mechanically related to the benefit. Therefore I've reworded this feat and removed the penalty. Marasmusine (talk) 00:55, 12 April 2013 (MDT)
