Howdy, Fricky. The Otsutsuki tag was added for 2 reasons. Firstly, based on the image, origin of the image, and the idea of a "living god" in the Naruto universe, Jashin feels a lot like an Otsutsuki. Additionally, completely detached from this, Otsutsuki is used as a CR tier (specifically those that exceed traditional leveling like 50). Oh, that was you? I thought I added that by accident... Oops. Mainly I'm doing it because I want Jashin to have no correlation to the Otsutsuki. Sorry if I seemed a bit aggressive or something.
