unclear on this power[edit]

Feat description says “effects of a poison”. The mechanics suggest that this power’s effect strengthens all poison effects that require a save to end, not just one. I’d take the liberty of just clarifying it one way or the other if I had the faintest idea of which was intended/desirable/appropriate for a 4E feat, but I don’t.

Secondly, the requirement of passing two saves is also open to interpretation. Does this mean two saves on the same round, or that two saves over succeeding rounds are needed? Statistically, these seem the same as I think about it, being equivalent to quadrupling the time a victim is taking damage from this effect. Given the feat description suggests that this massive increase in poison damage applies to all ongoing save–ended poison effects — this seems more than just potentially unbalanced (although I’m the first to admit I don’t have a good feel for 4E).
