Quick question, does taking the dash action as a bonus action increase the bonus lightning damage you do? If that is the case, a player could just say "I'm taking the dash action as a bonus action" then just stand in place and hit the enemy for bonus lightning damage. It would be better to say the bonus lightning damage is done for every 10ft moved that turn.
