Concerns

I do like the idea of making a powerful lightning imbued robe, but I do have 2 concerns about the item.

• Spellcasting is missing a spell attack bonus, feel free to add the following "When you make the spell's attack, you do so with a bonus of +10.".
• Lightning absorption provides infinite healing through dealing lightning damage to yourself. Because of this issue, no effect should really allow the opportunity to heal through taking a certain type of damage, and the item should have this part of its effect removed.--Blobby383b (talk) 12:13, 15 November 2019 (MST)
