DId a very heavy rework. Since there is already Tempest Domain in Player's Handbook, I had to differentiate. The finalized version is more of a spellcasting-focused subclass, instead of melee combat-focused subclass like Tempest. WeirdoWhoever (talk) 07:48, 20 August 2018 (MDT)
