Neutral Characters[edit]
The bases of the liberal philosophy is liberty, openness, freedom, and so on. I think this goes perfectly with the open and accepting neutral character. So judging by their philosophies they should go perfectly with neutral, meaning that they should have a +2 to them as well, but if anything definitely not a penalty.--Vrail 23:31, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
