So how does the gliding work, do you have to hold the cape open or does it automatically take effect?

I didn't make this page to begin with, but I would suggest that the cloak must be held open (requiring two free hands), require a feat for operation and have a weight limit. Magical versions could eliminate some of these costs.--TyrJotunbjorn (talk) 23:40, 17 November 2013 (MST)
