My main concern for the moment being is that Dazzling Pattern is a little too overpowered. Is there anyway I could get some feedback on that? DaandyyRaandyy (talk) 15:57, 11 March 2019 (MDT)
- Update: thanks to ConcealedLight for helping balance that out! I think that's a good balance between the trait's intent and gameplay that isn't broken. DaandyyRaandyy (talk) 22:25, 12 March 2019 (MDT)

"Vegetation" is not worth negative points as it is trivial to avoid eating meat. Nor is sunlight sensitivity worth negative points, as it (should) be used to mitigate superior nightvision. Here is a more accurate rating:
- Ability scores (0, standard spread)
- Nocturnal (1, darkvision, suggest increasing this to superior darkvision)
- Keen hearing (0.5, advantage on narrow use of skill)
- Lay of the land (2; two skill proficiencies)
- Night Stalker (0.5, situational benefit)
- Vegetarian (0)
- Animal origins. This should be removed. There are things that affect beasts that should not affect PCs. The game assumes that beasts have a limit range of traits. A druid PC could literally wild shape into you.
- Core Total = 4
Both subraces have traits worth 0.5, for a total of 4.5, which is OK using my scale, but I recommend the above changes. Marasmusine (talk) 13:34, 10 May 2019 (MDT)
