(1-8-2010) Raine: Added the missing requirements. Will check back for any updates and change the race as needed.
(1-9-2010) Raine: Removed revision stub after triple checking everything (well, more than triple, but yeah).
Changed the racial power from Immediate Reaction to Immediate Interrupt, because the power "Interrupts the critical and converts it into a possible miss." -- Kildairem 05:24, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Racial powers[edit]
Fumble and Phasewalk look like they would be ideal for Racial Utility Powers (perhaps at levels 2 and 6 respectively). This would leave space for a racial encounter power instead. Marasmusine 07:43, 28 December 2011 (MST)
