I think this item is Over Powered... This is what I recommend...

This blue quartz glows faintly with the crossed image of a sword and arrow inside.
Least: Increases the base critical threat range of a slashing or piercing weapon by +1. Ex. A longsword with this crystal has a threat range of 18-20.
Lesser: Increases the base critical threat range of a slashing or piercing weapon by +1. Ex. A longsword with this crystal has a threat range of 18-20.
Greater: Increases the base critical threat range of a slashing or piercing weapon by +1. Ex. A longsword with this crystal has a threat range of 18-20.
The effect of these crystals takes place befor any magical increase (Like Keen) or feat increase (like Improved Critical).
Also the prices listed at the top of the page don't match the prices listed at the bottem of the page.
