The same difference. It makes an assumption about what classes and spells are in the game.

This feat can be fixed by looking at what rage feature mechanically does, and then acting on those mechanics rather than the feature itself. Now you've got a feat that benefits people who can rage, but might be helpful for other characters too. Marasmusine (talk) 02:10, 4 July 2016 (MDT)
