"for the next 3 turns you are immune to all damage types." Firstly, it uses round-counting, which 5e doesn't do, and secondly IT GRANTS YOU IMMUNITY TO ALL DAMAGE FOR THREE TURNS! I don't think I can stress how horrendously overpowered that is, other than pointing to the armour of invulnerability, a legendary magic item, with its additional effect that grants immunity to all nonmagical damage (note that it only works on nonmagical damage) for 10 minutes and can only be used once a day. Hello, fellow wikian! Sorry about my hasty edit, I should've asked your opinion for the edit. So here are my comments:

  • Prerequisites. This is just my opinion, but in most cases, feats have prerequisites of 13 ability scores. This makes it easy to obtain a feat (instead of the precious Ability Score Improvement) even when the ability score is not that high. The current prerequisite is a bit high for a feat, I see, and it makes an unusually durable (or should I say "indestructible"? *rimshot*) character.
  • Feat Effect. For starters, 5th edition discourages round counting beyond the first. In most cases it is "until the start/end of one's turn", or "1 minute". Since the current effect is a bit too strong to last for 1 minute, I suggest it would be more appropriate to adjust it to instant, one-use-and-it's-gone type of effect, or lasts until the end of the user's next turn.
Immunity to all damage type is a big one, this makes it literally "indestructible" character, which is not always a good option. It kinda makes a character... boring. I suggest resistance, which effectively doubles the hit point maximum.
I know that it should come with a DC 19 Constitution check, but apart from the fact that you rarely make a Constitution check in the first place, the current prerequisite guarantees +4 bonus to the save, which effectively makes the DC like 15, which is a bit too low for the effect. I suggest Constitution saving throw, with a flexible DC, like barbarian's Relentless Rage feature.

Well, that's it for now. In short: Love the idea and all, but I had this feeling that it's too strong and too hard to obtain for a feat. I got rid of the Constitution saving throw, because it either works or you've wasted your turn and made things worse. I've added a caveat about psychic damage as your physical nature shouldn't effect that. I've also tied it in with the dodge action, and corrected the "per long rest" wording.
