This thing probably shouldn't have +4 to attack rolls. Even very very powerful legendary weapons only have +3, and this is classified as rare! Maybe a +1 would be better suited if you're going to keep it as rare. If you want +2, very rare, and +3 = legendary. 24.210.118.189 15:13, 24 November 2016 (MST)
