Savage Defense[edit]
+1 to all defenses all the time is overpowered. I know this is ostensibly conditional, but once you've made the decision to wear light armour, this is unlikely to change.
Compare with humans, who have +1 to non-AC defenses only; and Deva, who have +1 to all defenses under a condition that occurs only 50% of the time.
