Overall interesting but I think it would be either +5/+7 for natural simply because regen 5 is hugely powerful - it turns all damage except the type you are not immune to into subdual (If it is fast healing 5 that you were going for I would suggest +4/+5 because that is still insanely useful when combined with DR that isn't negated by magic.)
