Why does a small creature get pushed back? Are they jumping in surprise? Is the Heavy penalty not enough?
I've reduced the damage of Greatbow to 1d10, if you'd prefer to use that. I'm not a believer in giving weapons Strength prerequisites as presumably someone proficient in the weapon's use has trained the relevant muscle strength even if their overall Strength is average.
