Changes 10-2019 Drastically reduced the number of abilities. Made the armor standard plate with a +2 boost. I kept the ring ability because that's neat. Remaining abilities were moved to the charge ability. I drastically reduced the sentient ability scores. No reason for some king's armor to have a 26 int. Fluff has been re-written. I tried to keep it within the spirit of the OP's creative mind.

I actually really love the idea of armor telling you about the long forgotten kingdom. It's like having the trope of an old man that won't shut up about his past.
