Talk:Gift of Life (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Name[edit]
Unless this feat is a variant of the epic feat Fast Healing, it should be renamed. —Sledged 19:02, 6 January 2007 (MST)
- I MoI'ed Findail. He should respond soon. --Green Dragon 20:27, 6 January 2007 (MST)
- ...Um. Good point, we can't have two Feats with the same name. Unfortunately the name of the ability that it bestows is indeed "Fast Healing" (Fast Healing (SRD Special Ability)). Maybe "Psychic Fast Healing" or "Fast Healing (Psychic)" or similar? --Findail 05:30, 8 January 2007 (MST)
- Cheesy, but how about 'The Gift of Life' as the name for the feat? You can even follow that pattern for all the other feats in this category. --Calidore Chase 08:20, 8 January 2007 (MST)
- Just my personal opinion, but 'The Gift of Life' does not sound that bad... I think it would work as a name. --Green Dragon 16:09, 8 January 2007 (MST)
- Sounds cool. But not very specific, as it could be argued that "Gift of Life" might fit the "Cure/Inflict Wounds" feat better than it fits this one. --Findail 06:03, 9 January 2007 (MST)
- Gift of Health, The Quickening, Gift of something small and wobbly, The Gift of the Flesh. --Calidore Chase 06:49, 9 January 2007 (MST)
- I suppose "Gift Of Life" will do, if it links to the Fast Healing definition. I've edited accordingly. --Findail 06:12, 12 January 2007 (MST)
- Looks good. --Green Dragon 10:17, 12 January 2007 (MST)
