Though it should be obvious given how they are from the same evolution line, I tried to make the Gallade and Gardevoir races share some similarities stat wise, which is seen in both of them getting a point to Wisdom, both having proficiency in Insight (since both Gallades and Gardevoirs can sense a person's emotions and whatnot, and Insight seemed like the closest thing to that), and their known languages.

Indomitable Heart and Heart of Justice are actually the Japanese names of Steadfast and Justified respectively. Steadfast's ability stats that a Pokemon's speed is increased every time it flinches, and I had no idea ho to incorporate such a thing into DnD (About the only thing I could think of was that being Frightened or Stunned would increase movement speed, neither which made sense, and the former especially didn't suit a knightly Pokemon like Gallade). However, a name like "Indomitable Heart" sounded like it would work similarly to the Half-Orc's Relentless Endurance ability, so I added it in. As for Justified, Justified's text stats that a Pokemon's attack rises when it is hit with a Dark-type move. About the only thing I could think of was making it so every time Gallade was hit with necrotic damage, it's attack would raise by a certain dice the next time it dealt damage, but I felt the idea would be a bit weird and possibly difficult to incorporate, so I went with having it be proficient with Insight given the translation.

Psycho Cut got a 0.5 because it seemed like a variant of the Half-Orc's "Savage Attacks", except it had the bonus of being able to be used at will, but only once. Plus it's power is determined by your Wisdom score. Because of these, I saw no reason to increase (or even decrease) it's score. --MetalShadowOverlord (talk) 00:52, 21 March 2018 (MDT)
