I feel that this is another example of trying to pack too many features in on top of a +3 bonus; remember a +3 weapon is only one rarity step away from legendary - and not every magic weapon has to have an attack/damage bonus! Marasmusine (talk) 18:27, 29 May 2017 (UTC)
