Talk:Form Contract (5e Spell)
From D&D Wiki
Hello, this is the third time I've seen you use the term "ritual" for spells that are not rituals, and not use the component field correctly. It also looks like the primary function of this spell is to create permanent magic items. Making magic items is as described in the DMG: in this case you and your DM would come up with what process is required (which may well involve a fiend), but also tells you what the expected expenditure and time is involved. I did some work to balance it. Before it was a 3rd level spell that could give a +12 to AC, and attack and rolls. And referenced homebrew spells without links.
Now it should be fairly balanced. As a 6th level spell it can only be used later on, which justifies the still significantly powerful buffs (although way less OP now).--Vogril The Revenant (talk) 20:51, 5 August 2019 (MDT)
