"Yo, this isn't feedback, but it is me saying this class it epic. It does seem to be a bit overpowered in some aspects but it is cool over all. You have done very well, like 10/10 best dragonslaying class," - Anonymous

Man, I haven't checked this in forever. I made this when 5e was basically the only TTRPG I played. Nowadays, I can see that it's the Skyrim of TTRPGs, which isn't a bad thing. But no one plays Skyrim without mods -- they try and make the game into something more akin to something they want rather than taking it RAW. I believe 5e (or, I guess, the people who play 5e) generally follow the same principle. It's a game that's got tremendous breadth, but strangely shallow amounts of depth. Any degree of customization will almost immediately break the game balance -- which is already broken by leveling past 10 or basically being a full-caster. The bounciness of death (1 HP? That's the only HP I need!), and the full restorative effects of a Long Rest, really make you feel like a demigod even at earlier levels. Basically, the GM has to correct for all these factors because the initiative system makes every combat take an hour, so you're not going to be doing 5-8 combat encounters per day as the book suggests lol

I think most people who wind up playing 5e generally want something more roleplay heavy, like Vampire the Masquerade or Call of Cthulu; something silly like Paranoia; something more survival oriented, like the OSR (Knave, Deathbringer); something more min-maxy, like Pathfinder; something with tons of gimmick/meme builds like 3.5e; something with an infinite sprawl, like Stars/Worlds Without Number; something with combat orientation, like Mythic Space or Twilight Kingdoms; something with more noire adventure like the Star Wars RPG (Genesys)...

5e is kind of a catch-all, but it's too mechanically dense with too many stipulations trying to balance the game to allow for natural language (I need a feat to grapple someone to the ground?).

This class is overpowered, and kind of silly, but that's 5e in a nutshell. Like I said before, if you're asking any caster past level 11 to not break the game then you're better off playing something else.

Even the modules for 5e never go past level 13 lol

TL;DR This broken class was made for a broken game.
