What do you think it needs? what changes that need improving? Azernath (talk) 05:58, 7 March 2015 (MST)

An "Impossible" attack is open to interpretation. The examples given involve the target having cover, which the rules define, so we could do something with that.
Advantage on all attacks with light thrown weapons is too much. Advantage should be more situational than that. (Also undersized weapons are already defined as light weapons, so there's no need to mention them)
I'm not sure what the last feature means by "without the advantage", but there's a particular way of handling extra attacks. I'll see what I can do with this. Marasmusine (talk) 06:33, 7 March 2015 (MST)
Okay, usually extra attacks need a bonus action or the Extra Attack class feature. But if we limit this to finesse thrown weapons only (i.e. daggers, darts, causing 1d4 damage) I don't think it's a big deal (and you would go through weapon stock twice as quickly) Marasmusine (talk) 06:44, 7 March 2015 (MST)
When I thought of making this feat I wanted to the player character to be like the guys from the movie House of The Flying Dagger. So the question is can the PC use it like the heroes from the movie. Azernath (talk) 16:29, 7 March 2015 (MST)
Actually it is better now, it is closer to the idea then anytime. Azernath (talk) 00:25, 22 November 2015 (MST)

So the user can throw three shortswords/scimitars with this, right? They're already finesse, and since they're light, I can treat them as throwing (20/60). Based on what I read, I can throw two that I'm holding in one hand (both use 1d6+DEX for damage), and use a bonus action to swing/throw the third with two-weapon fighting (1d6 damage or 1d6+DEX if I have the Two-Weapon Fighting Style). Though that CAN be a lot of extra damage, I do see the balance in the time it takes to draw that many items. Either way, is the ability to do that intentional?Carcabob (talk) 17:41, 7 November 2016 (MST)

It is at matter of fact, if you want to know how this feat should work then go watch House of the Flying Daggers, and you will basiclly get what this feat should work like.
P.S. That is a kick ass movie I wish if their others like it. --Azernath (talk) 19:34, 7 November 2016 (MST)
Okay, cool. Just making sure. I do think the name should be changed to be a descriptor like 5e Feat names are supposed to be. Like "Blade Thrower" or something. Carcabob (talk) 20:06, 7 November 2016 (MST)
Sure you can if you find a better name; however, I have to skip now because I have to study for an exam. Sorry. --Azernath (talk) 22:55, 7 November 2016 (MST)
What do you think about "Blade Slinger?" Carcabob (talk) 14:44, 8 November 2016 (MST)
Also, the ability to attack with two finesse throwing weapons in one hand is intended to be only when you throw them, right? The current wording means I could make two melee attacks with the two shortswords that I'm holding in one hand. Carcabob (talk) 22:09, 9 November 2016 (MST)
