An important thing to note about this power is that it is used in conjunction with the Nyoijizai's Reach ability, which allows Tsuku-Masters reach 1 with Off-Hand melee weapons. That is why this power allows you to pull enemies with non-reach melee attacks. Hopefully that helps with the confusion. Obake , 13:57 14 June 2013 (MST)
