Talk:Elite Weapon Training (4e Feat)

This is a good candidate for a multiclass weapon training feat progression, a la the net, bolas and whip in Dragon 368. Especially since anything that begins "once per encounter" should really be an encounter power - it can go into the Novice or Expert multiclass feat. I'll write something up and see what you think.
