there seems to be no specific limitation on the condition for "actual Garbage." is it intentionally supposed to be like that or was there a mistake?

Transfer Funds seems a bit imbalanced for different currency types: 1 Fund for 4 copper or 1 fund for 1 gold? 4:1 ratio of copper:funds, but 1:1 for gold:funds with gold being 1 gold : 100 copper? Same with silver as well, that 1 silver is 10 copper, but twice as many funds... Or 10 funds being either 40 copper or 1 platinum...
