Reading from the entry at the bottom, the divine-caster caveat Frank is talking about makes sense. Divine writings are talked about all the time, and it'd be a good deal more balanced (not to mention more fun) way to introduce new divine spells. I see huge possibilities of abuse in the polymorph other spell. The restriction that forbit to polymorph someone into something with CR of your level-5 is good but not enough. The duration is permanent You can do this with lots of people over some time.
