Who ever changed this race... please discuss changes before making them as you offset the balance and in so doing, should have changed the LA. I made the stats thusly to not conflict the LA. As you can see if you pass the dragon trials you get +2 to all stats. If you dont like the way i do things either discuss it here or make your own variant as there are many to go around.
