There have been some improvements but I've made these further changes:
- I'm uncertain about the damage scale of primal bloodlust, and it still doesn't say what the bonus applies to. I'm trying something else.
- Per my previous needsbalance comments, create or destroy water is not a cantrip, and shape water is not even a spell. I have adjusted this.
- They couldn't breathe underwater. I've fixed that.
- The subraces have ability scores that result in +4 Wis, perhaps they weren't intended to stack? I have adjusted this.
