Class Requirement?

This feels more like a feat from 3.5 edition than 5th edition. Feats in 5th edition shouldn't have a class or level requirement. Could you maybe change the features of the feat so it feels more like a 5th edition feat, or maybe post it on 3.5e homebrew? I don't think it's a bad feature, I just think it doesn't fit in 5th edition of Dungeons and Dragons. -MarshDASavage
