in modern humans dont gain extra skill points (however all other races get negative skill points). and 12 extra at 1st level and 4 at each level? thats a lot- Name Violation

Combined with their intelligence penaltity it seemed balanced but I can reduce it to 6 perhaps. The human skill points should be included and thus reduced from those 12.

but humans dont get extra skill points in modern. you may wanna make a note that they don't take the negatives to skill points gained for not being human. that makes more sense by moderns rules--Name Violation 23:20, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
