Missing creature type and hit dice. What are the ranges of the dragon's blindsight and truesight? The features are broadly unnecessary. Float describes the ability to hover and Scream doesn't do anything at all. Bite and Scratch are identical save for damage type and seem to pull that +1 from thin air (the dragon's Strength is 14, meaning it should have a +2 if those attacks are based on Strength or a +5 if they're based on Dexterity).
