Talk:Devoted Disciple (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Early entry[edit]
This would allow someone with 5 character levels to meet the divine spell casting requirements for any prestige class. That's not good. Also, if someone takes the war domain, the feat pays for itself by granting weapon focus, and possibly Exotic Weapon Prof. I think this feat would have far greater effect than you intended. --Ganre 13:48, 17 April 2012 (MDT)
- Also this feat should only give first tier (i.e. 1-3rd levels) as well as have a specific disclaimer that it does not count as a casted spell but a divinely granted spell like ability used once a day so you don't qualify for the prestige classes. Tivanir (talk) 11:25, 11 March 2013 (MDT)
- Good points. I updated it to state that the granted powers can be used only limited number of times per day. Arkrim 02:27, 28 December 2014 (MDT)
