Feasibility?[edit]

Due to the undead characteristics of vampires, they will not be able to reproduce like living beings. As such, half-vampires cannot really exist. Just a heads-up. --Sulacu 00:01, 23 August 2008 (MDT)

The Half-Vampire template from Libris Mortis (Page 106) states that Vampires are capable of reproducing if they have consumed a significant amount of blood or if a humanoid or monstrous humanoid that manages to survive the blood drain of a vampire is pregnant, then their offspring may be tained by the Vampire's bite. --TK-Squared 05:58, 23 August 2008 (MDT)
I suppose I should know that, due to actually possessing that book. Still it makes no sense to me. Well, what's new? --Sulacu 11:27, 23 August 2008 (MDT)
It's probably just because some people really want to be some kind "Dhampir" type shit, to be honest. --TK-Squared 12:13, 23 August 2008 (MDT)

Umm...actually I agree with Sulacu. Vampires cant have kids, they are dead and the vampire's venom would almost certainly kill a fetus (doesn't matter what it rolls for a fortitude save). But my friends and I were like "what the hell, why not?". --Eonir777 19:30, 15 February 2009 (MST)

Um.. you guys are talking about the feasibility of the reproduction of fictional beings. It works however the GM says it does guys.. Zale 17:42, 21 November 2011 (MST)
