I found the name this trait humorous when searching for alternative traits through Google. Saw that it had been deleted due to lack of balance, and figured I could try to make up my own version of it. Hopefully, it is at least moderately balanced.

Still suffers from the 'gives small, situational bonus while penalizing more used skills' issue. And the optional drawback makes no sense, as all armor worth wearing is tailor-made anyways unless you count the loot-and-equip stuff.
