Talk:Cyborgs (Fallout Supplement)
First of all, this race references non-existent mechanics (temporary immunity? breaching armor? S.P.E.C.I.A.L?) that aren't explained in any way and sometimes contradict each other. Second of all, it's pretty much superseded by balanced cybernetic rules and even feats, an issue that is exacerbated by making parts of this race up to the GM's discretion, leading me to wonder "why wouldn't the GM just use the better balanced rules to give players more customization in creating the same concept?" If you can find a way to balance the race (keeping in mind that Fallout is very slightly higher-powered than base d20 Modern) and make it playable but non-redundant, then I'm sure it'll be great.
