Design Notes[edit]

First, the word Crepitus was brought to my attention due to a recent class I had to take. It means "The sound of bone grating on bone". That evoked quite a few mental pictures! The entire item stems strictly from this one word.

A few things people can help me out with here: Do you like it? What should I do about possible CR enhancements for skeletons so created? How's the pricing - wasn't entirely positive on that score... Thanks in advance. --Calidore Chase 10:49, 10 December 2007 (MST)

I feel this item is well priced and very well thought out. I do not think much could change it (unless I am wrong about it being well priced...) --Green Dragon 15:44, 10 December 2007 (MST)
No I think it's priced just fine. As for the CR for the grinding skeletons, just the ability doesn't really give much of a boost. Maybe CR + 1/2? That and you might want to qualify that once affected, you become immune to the effect for 24 hours. Otherwise I love it. It's quite flavorful and just interesting. Nice job. --Watsyurname529 17:55, 12 January 2008 (MST)
Thanks for the idea, I went ahead and added it in. --Calidore Chase 09:44, 24 March 2008 (MDT)
