Cut Tendon[edit]
You need to be a bit more considerate about what creatures this can effect. Skeletons have limbs, but no tendons. A giant centipede has lots of legs, so injuring one doesn't make much difference. A bone golem has four arms, so it wouldn't take a penalty for wielding a two-handed weapon. And so on. That's probably the reason why the PHB base classes don't have this kind of targeted attack.
