So, um, if I understand it correctly (and I think I do, according to the phrasing), Repeated strike is hella busted. And everything else... well 0 just not interesting. So - You roll an attack, get a 20 (which is crit, yeah). And then proceed to unleash all your other attacks with a +19 modifier to attack rolls.
