Talk:Chromatic Dwarf (3.5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Race[edit]
This page appears to have a race attached to it. On D&D Wiki it is common practice to make a creature page and a race page and make the race link to the creature, and vise versa. A good example of this is Sledged's Ogrillon (3.5e Creature) and Sledged's Ogrillons (3.5e Race). If you will notice the race is actually included in the creature entry by way of inclusions ({{:ARTICLENAME}}) and the race links to the creature entry at the top of the page. So, do you think it would be a good idea to make the Chromatic Dwarf into both a race and a creature entry on D&D Wiki? --Green Dragon 23:48, 31 May 2007 (MDT)
- I thought about doing that, but I wasn't sure on how to do it. After all, it feels like it will get a lot more complicated if I do it. The Chromatic Dwarf is first and foremost a creature with LA +2 (like Planetouched are creatures with LA +1. Should I make an entry 'Chromatic Dwarves as characters' and link it to a DnD Race under the creature's name? On another note, when I put Chromatic dwarf traits (Azurn, Rutilan or Veridin) in the Special Ability and Special Quality column, should I make those links to the traits in question on the Race page? If that's common practice, I'll gladly do it. --Sulacu 9:01, 1 June 2007 (MDT)
