Talk:Channeler (3.5e Class)
From D&D Wiki
Rating[edit]
Balance - 1/5 I give this class a 1 out of 5 because the spells that are available to the channeler are much too powerful at all levels and the channeler receives a huge amount of bonus feats for no apparent reason. The costs of casting a spell that can destroy entire armies is miniscule. The ability to teleport ANYWHERE by having a basic idea of the area at very little point cost is insane, allowing entire parties to bypass hordes of traps, enemies, and adventure. The costs of weaves need to be increased, and the amount that they increase when you increase the power, duration, or radius needs to scale exponentially. There should not be bonus feats every 2 levels. The drastic increase in range needs to be scaled down. --108.40.96.246 10:14, 26 July 2014 (MDT)

- You know what, you're right. This class does need serious revision. I'll see to it. And I will carefully consider your specific recommendations--Sir Dinadan (talk) 09:51, 6 August 2014 (MDT)
- I hope this is an improvement. Again, comments and advice welcome!--Sir Dinadan (talk) 13:35, 8 August 2014 (MDT)
