Balancing issues[edit]
Molten Wrath is quite strong to be able to deal 8d6 + Wisdom modifier damage to a burst 3 area (that's a 3 square radius, being able to hit more than 10 creatures at once!) perhaps nerfing the damage to 4d8 or 5d8 might be better but otherwise this is grade A material (at least the way I see it).
