Constitution (perception)[edit]
There you are wrong. In the DM book, it says that you can make custom checks, like a constitution (athletics) check as the example they showed. And why its like that is your checking your awareness and your heart's capability to take the surprise. --Frostboi27 (talk) 13:30, 1 February 2024 (MST)
- That section refers to skill checks, not saves. If you want to represent being "scared to death" you may want to take inspiration from the sea hag, a creature with a similar ability. SirSprinkles (talk) 21:23, 1 February 2024 (MST)
