Talk:Brave Weapon (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Hmm, the benefit doesn't seem related to bravery. It's more like a weapon of speed. Marasmusine (talk) 05:37, 8 July 2015 (MDT)
- 's a reference to a Fire Emblem weapon, which automatically lets the user strike more often, sometimes to the point of offering five attacks at once in a game system where two attacks at once is considered very powerful. --SpectralTime (talk) 14:39, 8 July 2015 (MDT)
- I like the idea of the attunement requirement, I just feel that the benefit should be changed, as we've already seen the "bonus attack" with the scimitar of speed and other homebrew swords.
- I'm going to try something that does grant extra attacks but under a different condition. Marasmusine (talk) 09:06, 1 June 2019 (MDT)
brave acts[edit]
I once challenged a Balor at 5th level and lived I had 23 hp after the explosion and started with 67 hp it was a hard fight 3 of the party died before it died and one died in the blast and the other was out of range. I scored 5 criticals in a row the DM and the other plays where speechless I will never be able to do that again. is that brave and luckiest enough also I was a rogue barbarian fighter, these classes create a powerful figher it helps to have a con of 18 and the devils luck

- Comment Should this have Fire Emblem disclaimer because of inspiration? And based on the inspiration, one attack seems lack luster. Up the rarity and make it an Attack action? ~ BigShotFancyMan 06:51, 3 July 2019 (MDT)
